Returns policy as follows:
I’ve changed my mind – can I get a refund?
We hope you won’t change your mind but if you do and you bought the Skippobag bag directly from us, you have up to 28 days to request a refund.
All you need to do is to call our Customer Services Team on 025-31055 and return your unused SKIPPOBAG in its original packaging to the following address:
SKIPPOBAG, Cullenagh, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
Once we’ve received it, we’ll cancel your order and issue a bag and collection refund.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you cannot cancel your order once the collection service part of the package has started. Therefore, it may not be possible to cancel a collection request after the end of the working day on which you booked the collection. However, it may be possible to reschedule the collection in certain circumstances; this is at the discretion of the company.
If you bought the bag from one of our stockists then you may be able to return it to them, but it will be under their terms and conditions and your statutory rights.
Note about rogue traders:
Someone else has offered to pick up my Skippobag and they’re cheaper, how is that possible?
When you start filling your SKIPPOBAG, you might find it draws some attention. However, if someone does offer to collect your bag then do beware of any price that seems too good to be true - it probably is!
There’s a chance your waste could be removed by a rogue trader who pockets your hard earned cash before simply fly-tipping your waste. Not only is this illegal and not very kind to our environment, if the waste is traced back to you, you could face a hefty fine.
You can help avoid this situation by asking for details of their waste collection permit. SKIPPOBAG is registered as a waste carrier, we offer collections across the country and pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service – our prices reflect this. However we still remain one of the most cost-effective methods of waste disposal.
